How can I be sure that my vouchen code has been entered properly?

To ensure that a promo code is applied correctly when you confirm your order, please enter it in the ‘Promo code’ field in your basket and then click the ‘Apply’ button. If the promo code has been successfully applied, it will appear in the order summary in your basket.

Please note that for any confirmed order, if the promo code has been omitted, we will not be able to add it once the order has been prepared, for logistical reasons. 

I don’t get any updates about my package 

For every order placed, you will find a tracking number in your personal account with Laboratoires de Biarritz. What can I do if I order the wrong article ?

As stated in our terms and conditions, we can send you a return label for any items you wish to return. However, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. 

I can't place my order. What should I do?

How can I track the progress of my order?

To track the progress of your order, you can go to your Laboratoires de Biarritz personal space and check the status of your order. Once it has been dispatched, you can track your order using the carrier's tracking number, which you can also find in your personal space. I haven't received my tracking number: what should I do?
