Some important advice on applying sun protection:

• Renew use frequently and in sufficient quantity, particularly after going in the water.
• Avoid sun exposure between 12 PM and 4 PM, or use clothing-based protection.
• Overexposure to the sun is a health risk. Using an insufficient amount when applying sharply reduces the level of protection imparted.
• Do not expose children under the age of 3 to direct sunlight. Dress them in a protective t-shirt, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat.
