Is reparative lotion a drying lotion?

The reparative lotion from Laboratoires de Biarritz is a drying lotion, but this is not its only function. Specially formulated to be applied to irritated areas subject to maceration (wet areas, skin folds, etc.) which need to be dried to better repair themselves, the repairing lotion cleanses and repairs the superficial layers of the epidermis.
